Proweld 4824 is a high iron powder, rutile type electrode designed for fast downhand welding of mild steel using AC or DC power sources.
Proweld 4824 has a very high deposition rate producing flat mitre fillet welds.
The electrode is easily controllable and has excellent slag detachability.
It is ideal for long heavy downhand fillet and butt welding.
Applications include tanks, columns, beams and all general production and structural welding.
